practice good diet will give you dramatically improved body. It’s how you discipline yourself to achieve your goal. Eating good food, exercise regularly is the best thing to do if you want to lose weight. You don’t have to skip meals and do not eat fatty foods during snacks. We should eat well but not too much. I’ve heard from a friend that she eat more if she got problem. She cannot control herself that’s why she gain weight. It’s a bad habit right?
